Parent Sessions
Giving parents the knowledge they need to support their young people.
This interactive workshop takes the mystery out of menstrual products for parents and teaches them what they need to know in order to support their young people as they start their period.
We cover all available options - from disposable pads and tampons to reusable menstrual cups and period underwear - with practical demonstrations and honest discussion. Parents leave knowing how to use products safely, care for reusables, and the key information their young people need to know.
Who It’s For:
Parents of young people of all ages who want to ensure they know all the options for period products. Suitable for parents of young people whose periods are yet to start, as well as parents of whose young people have had periods for a while.
