  • The Menstrual Cycle - understand the emotional and physical changes that take place as our hormones do their work over the course of the month. 

  • The Menopause - symptoms, self-care strategies and what to expect as your periods come to an end.

  • Dads Do Pads - a safe, supportive men-only space to learn and support others.

  • Why Our Words Matter - how to use inclusive language to break down the barriers and stigma around menstrual health.
