Video Licence Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
All Yours Period Box CIC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK Community Interest Company providing menstrual health and period education resources.

2. The Content
The video content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Period Products Education Video

  • Menstrual Cycle Education Video

All videos, accompanying materials, scripts, visuals, branding, and teaching approaches are the intellectual property of All Yours Period Box CIC.

 

3. Licence to Use
Upon payment of the one-off fee, we grant the purchasing school (“the School”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the videos for the duration of the current academic year.

The licence permits:

  • Use by teaching staff employed by the School

  • Classroom teaching and internal educational use only

  • Streaming the videos directly from our website to pupils of the School

 

4. Restrictions on Use
The School must not, and must ensure that its staff do not:

  • Share login details or access links with any other school, organisation, individual, or third party

  • Upload, download, copy, screen-record, photograph, or reproduce the videos in any format

  • Share the videos via email, cloud storage, learning platforms, social media, or messaging services

  • Use the videos for staff training outside the licensed School

  • Modify, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from the content

  • Use the content for commercial purposes or third-party delivery

Access is strictly limited to the single School that has paid the licence fee.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the videos and related materials remain the exclusive property of All Yours Period Box CIC.

Nothing in these Terms grants the School ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights beyond the limited licence described above.

Competitors, third-party providers, and external organisations are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using our content in any form.

 

6. Monitoring and Misuse
We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor access to the videos

  • Suspend or terminate access immediately if misuse or unauthorised sharing is suspected or identified

No refunds will be issued where access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

 

7. Expiry of Access
Access to the videos will automatically expire at the end of the academic year purchased, unless renewed.
The School must cease all use of the content once access expires.

 

8. Liability and Disclaimer
The videos are non-medical resources and provided for educational purposes only and are designed to support PSHE delivery.
Schools remain responsible for ensuring content is delivered appropriately in line with their safeguarding, inclusion, and PSHE policies.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to the videos, the School confirms that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
