Period Product Workshop
Helping people make informed, confident choices about menstrual products.
This interactive workshop takes the mystery out of menstrual products. We cover all available options - from disposable pads and tampons to reusable menstrual cups and period underwear - with practical demonstrations and honest discussion. Participants leave knowing how to use products safely, care for reusables, and choose what works best for them.

This workshop is available as a student session, or as a staff training session which enables staff to deliver the content themselves within their setting.

Pupils in primary (Y4–6) and all secondary school years including Yr 12 & 13

Length: 50 - 60 minutes (designed to fit in a school lesson.)

Group size: We recommend a class size of up to 35 students but larger groups can be accommodated by arrangement.
