Period Product Workshop

Helping people make informed, confident choices about menstrual products.

This interactive workshop takes the mystery out of menstrual products. We cover all available options - from disposable pads and tampons to reusable menstrual cups and period underwear - with practical demonstrations and honest discussion. Participants leave knowing how to use products safely, care for reusables, and choose what works best for them.

This workshop is available as a session for young people, staff wellbeing session, or as a staff training session which enables staff to deliver the content themselves within their communities.

Who It’s For:

  • Workplace wellbeing and inclusion teams

  • Local authority teams, community organisations and community volunteers

  • Primary Year 6 and all secondary years, including Yr 12 & 13

  • Teachers and staff delivering PSHE or wellbeing sessions

  • Sports coaches supporting menstruating athletes

  • Know how to use products safely and hygienically.

  • Learn how to clean and store reusable products.

  • Feel empowered to make the choices that are right for them.
