Train your staff once. Teach it yourselves from then on.
Two 90-minute sessions, all the teaching materials, and a team who can run period education in your school every year, for every year group.
£395 for primary schools. £595 for secondary schools. And our video library is included for free for 12 months.
After our two sessions, you and your staff will have the knowledge and the materials to run your own period education sessions time after time. You choose when to teach them, which year groups receive them and how they fit in with everything else. And when a pupil asks a question in the corridor three weeks later, someone can answer it.
What does our training include?

Period Products
We cover every product a young person might meet. Pads, tampons and panty liners, then reusable pads, period pants and menstrual cups. We look at how each one works, how to use it safely, and how to dispose of it or care for it.
Beyond the pupil content, your staff get the background: why different age groups react the way they do, what actually stops a student using and looking after reusables, and how to explain all of it confidently even if you have never used the products yourself.
We finish with how to run a successful session in your own school — making period products genuinely accessible on site, and dismantling the myths, shame and stigma that still surround periods.
Your staff can then run: a 45–60 minute pupil session on period products, adapted for younger year groups, that fits inside one lesson.
Understanding the Menstrual Cycle
Not a biology lesson. This is about what the cycle actually does to a young person across the month. We cover menstruation, pre-ovulation, ovulation, and feeling premenstrual.
Hormonal and emotional change repeating on a 24 to 32 day cycle is intense for an adult. For a teenager it can be overwhelming, and in your school it usually surfaces as energy, confidence or attitude rather than as anything anyone names.
The outcome is staff who can recognise what they are looking at, answer questions about it, and support a young person who is struggling instead of managing the behaviour.
Your staff can then run: a 45–60 minute pupil session on the menstrual cycle and its four stages.
